Cottage Inn Pizza in Holt

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE LOL-cold pizza-a HAIR on the bread sticks-exceedingly poor customer serviceOh, and 🗣 your ranch is just hidden valley ranch packets with extra steps.

This is only the second time I've ever had cottage inn and the pizza is fantastic, however, this is also THE SECOND TIME I've had to wait an HOUR after the time I was given for my pizza to be picked up. It's quite ridiculous!

Cant go in and get my own food, had to wait an additional 10 minutes after arriving for someone to bring my food out, and I arrived 15 minutes after the estimated pick up time.

First time eating here. It is so good. My oldest really liked it. Good flavors.

Today May 10, 2020 we order a pizza online at 6:20 pm. My order confirmation said pickup times was 6:45. Our pizza was not ready until 8:00 after being told over and over just 10 more minutes. Employees were making very unprofessional comments about an earlierCustomer Being frustrated with his order in front of the four customers waiting for their pizzas. One employee joked “that’s ok I didn’t was my hands before I did his order!” In this pandemic!!!!! That is horrible! We will never go there again nor willMost of the customers we talked to.

I ordered here and the only thing I can say is that it's edible maybe if you are desperate the entire staff seemed high the counters were grimy you could run your finger along them and grime would come up it was dirty greasy gross and managed by an idiot

Hey where’s my pizza?? It’s been 2 hours and I was told it would be 45 minutes...

Their pizza is delicious! The sauce is spot on, not too sweet, and the ingredients are always fresh. When we order for delivery the pizzas are still hot. The staff is very courteous and professional. They have our loyalty!

You must try the Bacon cheeseburger pizza. So good! The only thing I would like to see improved is the pizza crust. It was a bit soft on the bottom. I asked them to cook it a little longer please every time. Sometimes I still have to cook it longer myself. But, it's still DELICIOUS!! 🤩

What people should know is the food is fantastic you had a great pizza on Super Bowl night

Learned about this place late this afternoon. Stopped by this evening thinking it was an eat in establishment. They are strictly take out/delivery. Ordered up one of their 12" "Deluxe" pizzas and waited only a short while for it. Took it home and was completely delighted with the pizza. Will be giving them a ring next time for delivery.

Food is always good. Tasty fresh. Price is ok. Delivery is quick. Professional and polite. Very grateful.

They ruined a 30$ pizza at my nieces pizza And it's cold. The pieces are cut all sloppy and sauce it all over the box.

I just moved to this area and when i order from here they are amazing! This evening I had Seth as my delivery driver and he was absolutely amazing! I love all the food that I get from here. Keep up the great work guys!

Worst experience ever!!! First time we tried cottage in they were 20 minutes late. But we decided to try one more time, waited 50 minutes for our pizza on curbside. In addition, pizza was absolutely cold! Never again

I placed an online order at 5:30 for 6 pm pick up. Spoke to Justin for curbside pickup. He said they forgot to put it in the oven and it would be ready in 9 to 10 minutes. Thirty minutes later im still sitting in my car. I called and asked for them to cancel the order and get a refund. All I got from justin was "I'll get right on it".Bye Felicia!

Always good food. I'm getting used to not having to go in to pick up food!

After the third of receiving the wrong order of BLT we are changing to a new pizza place.

Great pizza, they also have gluten free pizza.

I have found the food to be good and relatively moderately priced for delivered food. I like them because they have a great variety and it always fresh and tasty.

When I picked up my pizza about a month back now I was rung up by a man that looked like he was a manager. He had a reddish colored beard and he looked like he was high on drugs the whole time possibly marijuana. Honestly most of the staff except for a few of the younger workers looked disheveled and just honestly dirty. We stick to delivery from now on because it seems like you could catch something just walking into that store. We’ve gotten the same delivery Driver both times a very nice looking younger gentleman that was much nicer and less condescending than the red bearded manager.

Dude was pretty chill and laid back but still on top of everything. Awesome!

Great pizza. My favorite is their original round but there deep dish is really good too. They've got flavor crust too. I love their inn sticks. It's one of my favorite place to order pizzas from. It's my go to place. They're always very friendly and have great customer service. If you order pizza a lot their loyalty program is great, who doesn't want free food?

I absolutely adore cottage inn! But this establishment in holt is the worst! We Ordered their oven toasted subs. They looked microwaved at best. My sub look like ice cream dipped in chocolate yet it was completely soaked in ranch. One side of the sandwich had very minimal meat. Two of the sandwiches we didn’t even order but had the right label on them! It’s almost like they look after the information and make a plan to mess it up as much as possible. On top of being 45 minutes late. The day shift has really dropped the ball. If I could do zero stars I would.

Ordered my gluten free pizza and cheese bread over the phone, very nice guy. Got there and it was ready. I'm not from the area and there wasn't a place to sit and eat. When I mentioned to the guy, has a reddish beard, that we'd be eating in the car, he got a table from the back, sanitized it, and made sure my son and I had plates and napkins. Made my evening.

Great pizza friendly staff, I hand pickup and it was ready when they said.

Placed an order at 5:34pm to pick up at 7pm. Plenty of notice. I arrived at 7:10 and was told it wasn’t ready yet. Asked if there was something I did wrong online to see why order wasn’t ready and was told the online ordering time and the actual time has a difference of 5 minutes. I thought....ok then instead of an hour and 26 minutes to make the order dropped to 1hr and 21 minutes. Didn’t want to get into an argument. Got my order at 7:15pm and needles to say, was not impressed with the quality or temperature of the food. Overall, not a great experience.

Thought I'd try Cottage Inn Pizza, its only a few blocks from my home. Have ordered twice in past 2 weeks. First time, waited in parking lot an extra 20 mins after the time it was promised, for pick up. Second time, it took an hour from the time I ordered it although it was promised to be ready in 20 minutes. Was waiting in parking and finally called store and was told they had come out but no one claimed it. I was watching for it, I was in a convertable with the top down, NO one had come out. Done ordering from Cottage Inn Pizza in Holt.

2nd time in the past year I have ordered pick up which was never made. Again I have disappointed boys at home. Never again.

Best experience as far as the pizza quality. I've never had a pizza that was made in a manner that had an extra sauce and extra cheese with so many veggies and meat that didn't result in a soggy pizza. Cottage Inn locations definitely differ based on experience of the cook behind the skill. GREAT JOB COTTAGE INN OF HOLT!
